We provide our customers with LEKI poles and rubber pads. Products sold by Nordic Academy Australia Pty Ltd carry our warranty against material and component defects and faulty workmanship. Please note: While most products come with a 12 months warranty, products with velcro straps such as the wrist straps have a general industry wide six months warranty.

We reserve the right to repair or replace genuine claims made by the original purchaser, at the discretion of Nordic Academy Australia’sproduct department.

The Nordic Academy Australia Pty Ltd warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, mechanical damage, improper care, fair wear and tear and the natural breakdown beyond the reasonable life of the materials, workmanship and components.

We reserve the right to alter designs, colours and specification without notice.

Return Policy

Our products come with a 30 day money back guarantee (excluded are clothing, books and DVD's). If you're not happy with the products, you are welcome to return your purchased product (s), unused & in new condition, together with your proof of purchase within 30 days of purchase to receive an exchange, credit or refund. Where possible, goods should be returned in their original package with tags attached.

Returns and exchanges can be done at Nordic Academy’s office in Melbourne (call 1300 791 740 for location) or by mailing the good/s to PO Box 678, Hurstbridge  VIC  3099 Australia. Please call 1300 791 740 directly for enquiries regarding website returns.

Nordic Academy Australia Pty Ltd is not responsible for postage costs associated with returned goods, except in cases where the good has been recalled or the product is faulty.This offer is in addition to your Statutory Rights for returns.

Shipping Policy

Orders up to $50 incur a shipping fee of $10 Australia wide. We use Australia Post regular parcel service. As the delivery is done by an external party, Nordic Academy cannot be held responsible for any failure to observe those delivery times. It is therefore understood and agreed that the customer will not be entitled to withdraw or modify the order made for any reason, including without limitation, for any delay in delivery.

If however delivery has not been occurred within 20 days from the indicated delivery date, you may elect in writing to cancel the order and you will receive a full refund (including shipping fees).

Nordic Academy Australia Pty Ltd treats any personal contact details collected as a result of enquiries in the strictest confidence. Our database does not get sold or passed onto any other party. We never make your e-mail address available to any other company or organisation.
