The LEKI Micro Flash Carbon poles are ideal for travelling, Nordic Walking OR Trail Running. They're NOT adjustable but fixed length poles that fold down to only 35 cm (on 115 cm long poles) which make them ideal for trail running, serious hiking and of course nordic walking.
